McCandlish Holton PC, a mid-sized law firm located in downtown Richmond's financial district is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to provide day to day administration of all HR functions in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate must be able to provide high level HR guidance and advice as well as manage benefits, payroll, recruiting, on and off-boarding, performance evaluations, time clock tracking, employee relations and regulatory compliance among other duties. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business and 3- 5 years experience in a professional environment, preferably a law firm. PHR/SPHR certification recommended but not required.
Knowledge of principles and practices of human resources administration and understanding of state and federal requirements and regulations; experience administering employee benefit plans and payroll support a plus.
